Size, tolerances & volumes
Size
Turned parts Ø3–400 mm, up to 1000 mm long; milled parts up to 1525 × 762 × 625 mm, 5-axis up to Ø700 mm.
Tolerances
Down to ±0.005 mm turned and ±0.01 mm milled on critical dimensions; plastics ±0.02–0.05 mm.
Volumes
Medium and large series, plus prototypes before them. Programs and fixtures are kept, so repeat batches match the first.
